If its about a problem with one of the browser extensions please include:

  • The web address (URL) at the time of the problem
  • What you were doing prior to the problem?
  • What happened - attach screenshots if possible!
  • What OS and browser version are you using?
    (Example: Chrome 17.0.6 on Windows 7)
  • Anything else you think might help me reproduce the problem...
